I would say definitely DON'T trust this battery. The cells are all different voltages! Play it safe and buy a new one!

What’s the BMS ?
The BMS is the battery management system. This regulates the cell voltage in each battery to be the same. If the cells are different voltages, then the BMS or cells are wrecked. It's simplest to buy a new battery.

This message can pop-up when cells' voltage is outside normal spreas. Dont throw the battery away, but try to charge/discharge it few times on the ground, i.e. let the drone spin props without taking off. Then check voltages again.
