Battery crack?

After this afternoons flight, I had noticed that my P4 battery has small cracks appearing near the led indicators. Nothing went wrong through the flight. I have not noticed this before. I was flying in hot weather (30-35degree Celsius)
Unfortunately the battery is no longer covered under warranty, however It has only seen 20 flights.
Same flight I also used my P4P battery, it shows no signs of cracks. It may have happened previously, and I have only just noticed.
The battery has not been dropped, or tosses around. Always left the case.

What are your thoughts, should I be worried?
Should I not be flying with this?
Anyone else had a similar problem?

It would seem that this is a common design fault on older batteries. I believe that this has been rectified with current new batteries.
Its something to do with the spring inside that works the retaining latches. You could contact dji and as if they could replace it as its faulty.
Failing that a bit of superglue to stop it cracking any further. I have not heard of any failing yet so should be ok to keep using just keep an eye on it

Unfortunately the battery is no longer covered under warranty

Try contacting DJI support and see if they will replace it anyhow. It's a known manufacturing defect.
