I've been searching for a gimbal lock on eBay etc.... Prices seem high (shipping).

Anyone have any links

Find a local 3D printer around you (Search for one through 3D Hubs); make sure they can print flexible, and print one of these: DJI Phantom 3 Lenscover + Gimbal Lock by toohighjumper

I'd print you one and ship, but shipping from the states may be a bit.
