Are there still Android Nougat disconnect issues?

My P3A firmware is version 1.10.90. DJI GO is version 3.1.3. Been flying with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7" with Marshmallow without problem. Today I receive a message the Nougat update is available for my S2, should I update it or stick to Marshmallow?

He is using DJI Go 3.1.3 so there is a new version (Android 3.1.5) for him but people are still having problems with Nougat. Me for instance, with Nexus 9. I downgraded from v7.1 to v6 to fix that.

I bit the bullet on this as well and installed a 6.x rom on my n7 2013.

Initial tests performed last night seem positive.
