I have the latest version of Lightroom 5 (5.6) and the only lens correction tool I can find on there is for the Phantom FC200 (Non plus version), it works ok but according to DJI website there should be a lens correction tool for the V+

The FC200 is reference to the camera itself. If I'm not mistaken the camera on the Vision Plus is actually the FC300 but the FC200 profile works fine.

Yes just use that FC200 profile, in any case I find it often needs a slight tweak - either way.

Apart from lens correction, is lightroom worth it?
I know it can make some slight colour, contrast, brightness enhancements, but is it worth all that money? Does it make a big difference to your videos?

It's mainly for still photos, it's good but probably not worth it just to deal with phantom RAW files.
I've used it for years with my SLR and other cameras.
You can use it to import videos to the computer in a logical easily indexed way.
Some effects can be applied to video but it's really not intended for that.
