Geo it's a beta aplication from DJI that show you the restricted areas for flying and you can unlocked too search on dji page and you see the beta

No ... it's not necessary at all.
DJI is testing it and some owners are helping them with the beta testing program.
As an ordinary person wanting to fly, you don't need to worry about it at all.
