how do you guys point your antenna, straight up, straight out what

I generally bend mine upward so that when I'm holding the transmitter, the antenna is straight up. I can go out to my 275m radius and 120m height limits with no problem.

It should be pointed 90deg away from the Phantom you're controlling. Signal is weakest coming out of the tip, strongest out the sides.
