Android Streaming Choppy

Downloaded the new Android App from the pay store. I set everything up for steaming and the results were bad. The link kept dropping off and the video was barely showing. Is there additional settings in YouTube where I can fix this streaming problem?

Tested with: (All were Bad)
* Verizon 4G S5
* Verizon With Home Wifi
* Sprint 3G
* Android Tab 4 Verizon Hotspot

Absolutely horrible results! How is everyone else's?

I use and IPAD air 2 works great....

I use my iPhone 6+, never lost signal, lags but not to bad. I did live stream video at Treasure Island check the video on the live stream thread.
