County, Continent, Country, Parish, Borough, etc... what difference does it make?

I was inquiring on the incident.
 
You all seem to be assuming the reference refers to 1954, but if I remember correctly in 1254 Kublai Khan tried to expand his Mongol Empire with the conquest of the America. When they found no market for Chinese products among the natives, they retreated across the Bearing Straight leaving only one plastic yurt that has survived to be brilliantly depicted by furthertofly’s aerial photography.

There was a Uranium ore discovery there in 1954.
 
And at the time the land was Arapaho land, so, you can probably figure out the rest.

Plastic wasn’t invented until about 700 years later in 1907.
