Aircraft disconnected Huwaei P10

Hi, hope someone can help.
I have a huwaei p10 and P4P. when I connect everything up, the screen tells me that the aircraft is disconnected.
I reinstalled the DJI fly app but still does the same.
activated de bug on P10
activated connect with midi as well.

Pleasse help if someone has the answer to this

I have a Huawei P10 cell phone and I want to connect the phone to my Phantom 4 pro drone.
When I switch and connect everything on, the phone display says that the aircraft is disconnected.
I have re-installed the DJI GO 4 app and rebooted my phone, with no luck.
When I Go onto the app to access the drone, the apply displays the ENTER DEVICE command, which I access, it tells me that the RC is Connected but when I ENTER DEVICE, the top left display on the phone says that the aircraft is disconnected.

What do the RC and Aircraft status indicators tell you?

I can control certain functionalities from the phone, like switching the lights on and off, so that tells me that there is some kind of link, just that the camera and GPS and stuff don't work.
Sorry, Am totally new this this, just got the P4P as a present this week.

Where can I find the status indicators for the controller and aircraft?
