Would like to know according your experience, after how much time or how much flight shall i change propellers please Thank you very much

You should inspect your props for damage prior to each flight. Check them carefully for damage inside of the hubs and around the outside of them. You should change them when you notice any signs of damage.

Yep, as msinger says, you only need to replace props on a, well, need to basis which = damage. Other than that, they don't wear-out. I'm on three of my original four with > 29 hours of actual flight time (I damaged one when it was stationary before I ever flew.... don't ask, suffice to say I'm just an idiot!)....
