75 mph+ in Sport Mode?... Hand catch w/sensors on

It was REAL windy here today... still testing capabilities of the P4P...

Twice on the down wind leg I was over 70mph... kinda freaked me out a bit, not used to a Phantom going that fast, only my race quads...

Hand catch with sensors on - no problem...

It was seeing me.... you can hear the sensor alarm beeping at me... and i could not make it come any closer... i had to walk toward it.

Wow, that's fast. I too hand caught mine today with ALL sensors on (Tripod Mode)....super easy.

No, I need to go elsewhere without so many places to lose a Phantom... I will try near Folsom Lake here shortly, maybe tomorrow, but the wind is supposed to be 20-25mph

Well... yes, it would be easier... when facing you the controls are "backwards" and more difficult if you are not experienced pilot...

Thanks. I've always do the hand catch from the rear of the drone and never really noticed any problems with the sensors.
