32 channels Is lightbridge & RC sent and received on same channel?

Hi just wanted to know if RC & Lightbridge are sent/received on same channel. So if I select say channel 32 with no interference can I go further and receive HD video for longer? Or will channel 32 only be used to return Lightbridge feed?
