2.4ghz Range Booster

Can someone tell me the name of the 2.4ghz booster in this pic and where to get it? Also does it work for the phantom 3 standard and if not is there one for it?

The picture shows the P3 Standard controller as its only one with 5.8 and 2.4 in that config.
