1.11.20 firmware update issue

Hi ,I've had issues on the latest firmware update 1.11.20 , the update is taking to long and no sign to have it finished, and now what's happening is a loud beep as it sounds like IMU critical error, I've tried several times with no success and I can't fly my Phantom3 Professional anylonger , does anyone have any clue to help us? Thanks!
