1,000 feet inside 5 mile airport NFZ

So I'm 4.8 miles from a large airport and at least a few miles from the flight path they use to land. Is it kool if I takeoff here, go to about 200' altitude, fly outside of the 5 mile radius then fly around to my hearts content flying up to 400'?
