I don't know if this has been asked before.
I had a ferret through some of the threads & couldn't find anything.

I was trying to upload a video, I took at Coraki the other day,
to You Tube.
Recorded in 1080, uploading off the SD card.

It took over 5 hours to get it done.

Is there a faster was of doing it to You Tube???
Or am I doing something wrong????

Hoping someone can come up with an answer.
I haven't got much hair left, so don't want to rip the rest of it out,
through frustration.

No expert here, but there's more to the equation than resolution.
For instance, how long was this video?, what is your internet upload speed?

I uploaded a video a few days ago. First attempt, it took about 10 minutes to reach 35%. I backed out and started over and it loaded entirely in 2 minutes. 3 minute 1080p.

Size of the file, upload speed, and SOURCE drive all come together to determine the amount of time it will take to get something uploaded.

One bottle neck I can immediately think of is pulling the data off of the SD card. Depending on your equipment you're usually better off uploading directly from something other than the SD Card.
