that last picture. was an oh Sh... moment for the bird. I bet one of the props slapped his face. Nice thing about the phantom is it's ability to recover like that.

Good outcome for both p3 and the bird, both still able to fly and the p3 got outta there.

Some lost P3 crashes can be from bird attacks, and only the 94 degrees covered by the camera are available to see if the crash was a bird, and only if it is recording video at the time of the attack. Many birds protect their young by attacking anything that sees to be scary to them.

Amazing footage, and that bird or goose probably outweighed the Phantom by 3 to 5 times.

I've noticed circling hawks paying a lot of attention, but only a few charge on in.
