You could back the screw out 1/16 or a turn just to relieve a little pressure, but not enough to loosen it.
After viewing under a magnifying glass it looks like a mold imperfection doesent seem to go through but still your call.[file]Bottom crack?|none[/file]
On the bottom right near the screw. looks like a tiny crack to me
Oh man, I've got a defect too! Can you believe it? A spec of dirt is under my DJI label. I'm sending it back.

Sorry for the sarcasm, I couldn't resist.
Yes, I do have a spec of dirt flaw. It's not photoshopped.Oh my, what to do.
That's a molding flaw. You can see how the defect does not run as a continuous crack but stops in 2 places. Also, you can see that the depth of the defect does not go through the material. Having said that, it is a weak point and could turn into a crack if subjected to a sharp jolt or vibration over time. I would see about getting a replacement cover but a crack on that part is probably not an issue. That looks like a potential crack, but it could be a molding flaw too. There's an easy way to find out if it's really a crack, just lift the edge of the plastic to see if the crack expands.
