Check the settings in the app. What do they say?

You are in beginner mode. Find the toggle in the app and turn it off. Every time you start to fly it warns you of this fact. You should read warnings, FYI.

Right, sorry. Guess I should read more and work on my math. Beginner mode is limited to 30 m or about 98 ft. Maybe you are in 'intermediate mode'? jk. Sorry I can't help.

393' is approx 120M. Suppose to be the legal limit anyway, (400') but can be changed. Comes pre-set at 120M. If you set for higher you'll get a warning from DJI stating they're not responsible............... etc.
