I'm wanting to power two small devices (voltage meter and headlight) using the balance connector on the 3S battery. Anyone know of a source for a wye or splitter harness? (Whatever it's called)

Just run the light off the Aux power wire instead,. same thing, less hooking up to do.
just use JST plugs, and perhaps add a small switch if you'd like.
then the voltage meter can have the balance port all to itself

Sounds like a good alternative but not sure where I find the Aux power wire. Is it lurking inside the shell unbeknownst?

It's a grey+red 2-strand cable that should be just peeking out one of the rubber grommets in the leg holes in the shell. It'll be a bare lead so you can add the connector of your choice...the JST style Gizmo recommends are the best for this application.
