Wifi module, no FPV & possible solutions?

I am hoping to solicit some information from this group regarding a drop in minimally invasive replacement for the DJI Phantom Vision 2+ and a failed wifi module.

While I can still receive telemetry & take photos/video using the phone app I can no longer receive FPV which makes it difficult to take good video shots.

I have been looking at the iOSD mini but am not certain it can be used with the existing camera.

All of the tutorials I am finding indicate use of the iOSD with a zen muse & GoPro which I would like to avoid.


Any help, pointers is appreciated!

iOSD will not work. Just buy a replacement module. Here's a tutorial:

Really? You think that would fix the issue?

Anyone had any experience using a DJI Wireless HUB (documentation found here DJI FPV Hub and cable kit coupled with an alternate WiFi Tx such as https://www.walmart.com/ip/Aomway-2...8596&wl11=online&wl12=425025364&wl13=&veh=sem?

Because camera works fine I am hoping to simply redirect the FPV video through a replacement board

As all the parts of the P2V+ are proprietary i don't think it's possible to redirect the FPV through anything, most who have had this issue have swapped out the camera for a GoPro and have been able to route the telemetry out via IOSD

I was hoping for a different outcome. Would rather stick with the stock camera because it works.

It looks like the DJI HUB has the necessary connectors to push the FPV through a third party video tx doesn't it?
