I see most of you are ordering mounts. Why not just velcro to the top center of the p4 over the DJI logo? I understand it may break loose on impact, but I think I am OK with that. Are there other reasons to not mount it on top I should be aware of?

The GPS antenna is installed beneath the top, center of the shell. If you block it, it might negatively affect the GPS signal.
Also don't put any sticker on the top if contain metallic particles
