Why is DJI Go 4 app so big?

It is taking up 2.4 GB on my iPhone and 3.4 GB on my iPad, but DJI go one takes up about 350MB on each. Is there a way to decrease the amount of space used without compromising the app?

The GO 4 app is approximately 200 MB. Anything else is data - flight data, images and videos. You could delete and reload the app. Or you can just delete individual photos and video.
