White rubber gimbal thingys

should all four have the clear plastic bolt thing or just two of them?
Mine had four white rubber things but only 2 clear plastic thing in only two of the rubbers

Is this correct

Everyone gets concerned to see only two pins supporting the gimbal. But that's the design, nothing wrong with it v
