When register my drone with dji is that all I have to do for the FAA!!

You do not need to register with the FAA if you're flying as a hobbyist.

Follow the rules (laws) here. It would also be a good idea to follow these guidelines.

Here is a question I mail my phantom 3 off to them to repaired I was bill 154 I know they replace the shell of my drone I had propeller guard installed with it come back with them on the part the screws the more and guard holds on

Someone told me I should of mail my drone off with them on it

You might get it back with your accessories missing since you're supposed to remove them before sending in your Phantom for repair.
