I have noticed this issue on several occasions, not just in the video below. (in the video notice the 2nd shot of the house, the railing on the deck sort of shimmers).
I have noticed the same effect on rooftops and other areas as well in other projects.
It weird because it was really bad at first, but I didnt notice it at all when I rendered the file, but I noticed it again when I uploaded it to youtube.
I was shooting in 4k I think 60fps.
Any ideas? Is this something that is known about.
