Crashed the phantom 3 standard into a pond. Battery is no good, took drone top off and put in rice, put back together and drone won't power up with new battery and I hear a click what could this be? Ece or motor??

when did you crash it? Let it dry out for a week. put it in front of a fan. forget the rice, it does nothing.

The click is definitely coming from your motors trying to engage. Or it can be your power prongs shorting out. Make you get your drone looked at so you know its safe to fly
