Washed out photos

Hi Not sure if it was after the upgrade but my still photos are washed out.
I tried different filters but it doesn't seem to help. Tried both auto and manual modes.
Any ideas.

It sounds as if you've got your camera set to over expose. When you're in auto mode, try turning the wheel on the top right of the controller anti clockwise to see if that makes a difference.

Also try turning OFF the Mechanical Shutter.

Look at the camera data line on your screen and check the EV value.
It probably says something like EV+2.0 or EV+3.0 which would indicate that you have set it to over expose by 2 or 3 stops.
Use the right thumbwheel to dial it back to EV0 to fix your overexposure.
