Thanks i called Mike and yes he does have some $105. and yes they are new.
He also mentioned installing installing with top part of the case off. they are the v2 modules without the holes.
Also saw video on YouTube of a interview with him.
I did not know that was him at the time.

Also wanted to add.
V2 and v3 are the same inside, only case is different, so, if you have a bad v3, just swap cases ( you'll need thermal paste to do it, or just scrape some off broken one to use on new one , once open you'll see what I mean, you'll need to cut copper tape to open it. ) the thermal paste is between board IMU and case, looks like white goo. Without the paste IMU will overheat and burn out.
