Want help figuring out an issue with P4P..

On Saturday I was flying and around 3300 feet a message popped up "signal lost". I want to know what happen as to why the signal went out. I do I post the flight log and how do I know what to look for?

Were your antenna facing the P4P . The signal emanates from the flat surface not the pointed ends. was that a height 3,300ft ( above ground level) or altitude (amsl)
