Hello everyone. I'm a recent P4P+ pilot from Canada. Today I waited 1 hour and 34 minutes on the phone before someone was came on. This is my 2nd time in less than a week. Has anyone else had this issue. I asked the person on the phone from DJI why I had to wait so long and his reply was that they didn't have enough staff. For the prices of the drones you would think their costumer service should be decent.
