A quick one chaps please.... what is the easiest way to view my UHD/30fps video from my P4 on my Samsung TV.
I normally use iMovie and Theater but that only relays 1080p maximum I believe, I have tried to transfer on to a usb stik but the tv says there are no files on the usb stik and that it is 'empty'.
I am contemplating using premiere pro or final cut pro x to see if either of those work ? Any help appreciated, and bear in mind I am using Mac.... not a windows/Microsoft guy !!

Many thanks.....

Check your tv's manual and see what formats it supports via the usb port. Convert your file to one of those formats.
Or
Most modern tv's support DLNA, so look into sharing the file w/ your tv via a DLNA server on your Mac.

I have a Samsung LED smart TV (3 years old) and it can only play 1080p via usb, the tv shows "format not supported". when I try 2.7 and 4K . With video software, (I use corel videostudio pro 9.5)
I render 4k's to 1080 and I will play well on my tv.
