P4 Firmware Video quality

Hi guys I have a phantom 4 refurbished and my image quality glitches on the screen a lot. I have tried an iPhone 7 iPhone 8 iPod touch and iPad Pro and all have the same issues. I have backed down a firmware and still the same issues. I flew it today and only made 1000 feet till I lost connection. The scream will freeze for a second or two. And when I check my footage there parts missing or freezing. Please help

Huh? Are you always using the same connection cable with the different devices. I know mine will do that on a cheap tablet, but it seems to work fine on my galaxy s9+.

While lightbridge can give great performance over considerable distances the environment your flying in can provide for significant limitation in range. 2.4ghz is, for practical purposes, line of sight only. You also need to account for RF congestion, particularly other wifi devices where the P4 will play nice and share the available channels.
