This only happens few times I fly.. in the video horizontal lines move down the screen. Idk if this is because I'm flying to fast or if the film os being delayed? ?

In bright conditions it is probably prop shadows. Posting an example would help people comment.

If the horizontal lines look like this, then it's prop shadows.
