video jumpy when recording

My video feed is jumpy when recording. When I am not recording the pictures on the screen is clear. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Are you caching video to your portable device? If so, try turning that off.

Look under "General Settings" then "Cache Locally When Recording" Left is off. Try "Clear Video Cache" while you're there.

Note: I'm using GO before P4 so yours may be slightly different.
