Video but wont take pics

Phantom 4 pro plus will take video but it won't take picture
Used to but for some reason now the it wont take pictures wondering if I hit wrong setting
It also says it cant sync camera

What is the exact error message you're seeing in DJI GO?

Did you try installing the latest firmware?

No error
But when i hit the button to take a pic
No pic is taken
Before you could hear the shutter

What about the "It also says it cant sync camera" error message?
