The new law is not really that different than existing policy. Don't think I have seen the "no moving car operation" before.

Having the legal right to shoot a drone down that flies over your house (as some Utahn's are asking for) is also new. Not surprising coming from Utah though.

That was gaining a LOT of traction here last year, but eventually, cooler heads prevailed. Our Republican, female Governor, Mary Fallin, nixed it right quick.
