I fly a Phantom 4 Pro and have a Crystalsky Ultra monitor. I am wanting to use a Fat Shark or Aomway Googles as well as DJI Googles. I am thinking that adding a part 54 HDMI Port to my Controller and use it rather than the HDMI on the crystalsky might function better. What does everyone think would work out best. I already have the Part 54. I won't be using more than 1 googles at a time.

From redundancy point of view, the part 54 HDMI board would be better as you will still get image whatever is doing the CS but you will have primitive telemetry info.
So it depend why you want to use the Google. You can try with the HDMI output of the CS first as it imply no hardware change.

I have tried using the DJI Google with the Crystalsky and I get a lot of pixilation and lag

Then hardware modification of the RC :) , should looks great in the Goggles, will have to try it.
