The difference between the batteries is the amount of mAh.
Just means more fly time with the pro battery. I don’t remember if there is a weight difference between the two and I don’t have my scale here to confirm. The quick way to tell them apart is color. P4 is gray material covering the cells and white on the P4P.

the answer to the remote question is no. The P4 Standard uses the Gl300 A or B or C. The P4P uses the GL300F. The Gl300F will work on the P4S but the Gl300 A will not work on the P4P

I have the GL300 C

GL300C should work with a P4P if you have 300C Ver.B.
The non "B" version will not work.
