That's the 1 I'm using and having no problms with it so maybe stay with it if you've got no probems with it

My first P1 I got in April 2014 is on 4.00. I didn't upgrade to 4.02. It flies great. The second P1 I got in Jan 2015 and third one in June 2015 are on 4.02. All three fly great. I see no reason to upgrade anything. There are later upgrades. Not sure what they do.
