Uploading help

Hello all. This may be a newbie question but my searching returned no results.. I'm needing to know how to upload my videos to YouTube in the highest quality possible. I only see a 720p option when playing them back.. I'm flying P3A. New to photography drones as well. Please help. Any advice is greatly appreciated.. also I'm just uploading from my phone which I have read is just stupid to do. Once again new to this and just getting the hang of it all.

Video also glitches out toward the end.. Any answers as to why?
