Upgrade problems

Upgraded the firmware for the remote yesterday and the bird today.
Remote shows a red light and the bird no lights and does biep,biep,biep.
When I put a card with the bin file in the bird the light in the gimbal goes red/green and does not turn into solid green.
No connection between remote and bird.

What to do?

I have spent days trying to upgrade my controllers x2 and finally after days on the phone w/dji. all upgrades to controllers must be done with DJI go app.Doing the sd card does not work anymore. I still get red light but now it says im not getting signal, but I'm in my RV.

Did the firmware update with the card again and had to rebind the remote to the drone.
First flight in a long time.

my problem too is i dont get to play with my drone enough and every freaken time i open it there is an upgrade. I spend more time working on mine than flying it. and i have 2 mine and my adult sons. Nice pic by the way real clear.. Still dark here. (were on mtn time)
