Upgrade camera to 2.7k question

I have a P3A with 1080 camera. I thought I read you can upgrade to 2.7k with software. Can anyone give me some guideance in that ?

I just read that capability came with 1.4 firmware. So I should have that now. Do you turn that on in the camera settings?

Yes I believe you can select 2.7 in the camera settings.
