Updating remote firmware using micro USB

Hi, is it possible to update firmware in remote controller using micro USB connector?

Standard USB for some reason does not work on this controller (tried two USB modules), maybe firmware update may help.

When I connect controller to computer, something is connected (it plays USB device connection sound), but it look like there is no application to update firmware for PC.

The firmware must be updated via DJI GO. You can find detailed firmware installation instructions here.

There is no information about using Micro USB connector on the transmitter.
