updated firmware now binding or wifi isn't working

I have updated firmware and at the same time had problems with loosing connection with my camera. I completed the binding but now the camera doesn't show and says wifi connection unstable.

I tried to rebind but when I go through the process and click on binding it states failed..... any help would be appreciated. Thanks
