_VERY_ good wind tunnel test of the Phantom 4. What wind speeds will the P4 fly in:
This was with sustained wind speeds but he does move the P4 in and out of the wind. At 50kph it would move in and out of the wind and maintain control. It did have a hard time maintaining its position and moved downwind a little but it flew just fine. Around 57kph it lost it. It looked like it lost it as it was kicked in and out of the wind.
Note: 57kph = (about) 35mph.
So, I think you "could" fly in winds up to 57kph/35mph and probably be okay.

P.S. Also.... as tested, don't even try 150kph.
