Unable to record video

So I got a new phantom 3 standard for Christmas and it fly's perfectly fine and I have a video feed but I cannot record any video or take pictures. the camera controls are grayed out and the camera settings are the same. Any ideas on whats wrong?

Yeah I do and I've tried formatting two different cards and it still doesn't work

Have you already reinstalled the app?

Also, maybe the guys in the P3S forum might have more ideas for you.

I get video but the only way that I can record is by going live on Facebook
