looked at my latest Airdata flight and it seem's both batteries are having cell problems. could it be the cold as it seems a bit odd to me.

Any feedback will be great as i may have to contact DJI tonight

Maybe it’s moisture in the electronics. The cells do well, but the electronics on top of the cells builds up corrosion.

Ah ok, so do you think I should give it another shot and see how things go in case it may be different ?

No, I think it is the reason the battery is bad. It regulates the charging. If your batteries got wet, that would be the reason for both your batteries going dead. Don’t chance it.

Ahhh really gutted by that. Not sure how it happened as it’s been stored in a dry case in a warm house. I better contact DJI and hopefully they might feel Christmassy and exchange it for new ones [emoji16]
