I recently purchased a 4K camera for my P3A and I'm having trouble loading the pro firmware onto the bird. I've tried multiple verisons of the firmware and so far I've only gotten it to start the firmware update once. When it was completed there was no .txt file on the card and every attempt since has resulted in the bird booting up as it should and the only thing not functioning on it is the sd card. It says its protected with every card I've tried it on.

I have a few questions for you:
- Which version of the firmware is installed on your Phantom right now?
- Which version are you trying to install?
- What is the filename of the BIN file on your memory card?

Surprisingly I had absolutely no problems in updating. Did you use the PX FW?
Another way to try is to downgrade to next lower FW first and then upgrade it.
Check your flat band cables. Does fan rotate? It should.
You should remove any other bin file from the SD card. RC should be off.
